Application for Gift Box

Sorry, but we are no longer taking applications for the gift boxes.

Camp Kno-Koma has again decided to send a gift box of supplies/goodies to each family making the request. The family must have a child with diabetes. Priority will be given to those children that have been attending Camp Kno-Koma.
