Registration
A camper cannot be younger than the age of 7 or older than 15 as of July 7, 2024, to be accepted to camp.
Camp costs approximately $550 per camper; we are able to offer subsidized rates for camp due to the many donors that support our program. We extend our gratitude for all the donors and volunteers that make camp possible.
In State Residents: $200.00
Note: Out of State Residents which either reside in counties which border WV or who are serviced by WV Healthcare Agencies are considered in state residents.
Out of State Residents: $325.00
Limited scholarships are available to families who qualify. Priority is given to West Virginia residents. If no form is submitted we will assume no aid is needed.
The application to attend camp is an on-line electronic registration. You will be asked some general questions and be asked for payment. If you are applying for a scholarship or have a sponsor that will be submitting your tuition payment, select the “Pay $0.00 now and the pay $200 Manually” option. Note: Campers covered under Aetna Better Health of WV, The HealthPlan and Unicare will be sponsored by their respective insurance companies.
Once you complete the on-line registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will have a link to some supplemental forms that will need to be completed. Some of the forms can be completed on-line; others will be hard copy forms. These hard copy forms can be scanned and uploaded back to your account or you can mail the forms to the camp and we will upload the forms. We will also need a copy of your insurance card(s) and a photo of your child. The camp phone (304-559-7351) can receive text messages, so feel free to text copies of insurance cards or pictures of your child if that would be simpler.
